Ex-wife Dzhigarkhanyan was accused of violating the secrecy of private life
MOSCOW, 7 Dec — RIA Novosti. The investigation has charged the ex-wife of actor and Director Armen Dzhigarkhanyan Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya charged with violation of privacy, reported RIA Novosti on Thursday, the actor’s lawyer Evgeny Parfenov.
“She was formally charged under article 137 of the criminal code (violation of privacy). It is established that she collected and disseminated in the media about his personal and family life, without his consent,” said the lawyer.
Public scandal around the relationship of the 82-year-old actor and his 38-year-old former wife Vitalina Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya began after October 10, the actor was in the hospital and soon declared that is not ready to forgive his then-wife, which, in his words, “caused him a lot of pain”.
At the same time Tsymbalyuk-Romanovskaya, who served as Director of Theatre under the direction Dzhigarkhanyan, quit on their own and announced its intention to file for divorce.
In early November Dzhigarkhanyan sent an official letter to the Department of culture of Moscow with the request to protect its and artists of the theater “on speculators, which impede the normal work of the collective.”
