Public organizations of disabled persons consider meeting with Putin an important political signal
Their representatives noted that the President is very immersed in the problems of people with disabilities.

The possibility of direct dialogue with Russian President Vladimir Putin is an important political signal, said TASS, the leaders of public organizations of disabled persons on the basis of communication with the President in the Russian state specialized Academy of arts (RGSI).
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday called for RGSA — the world’s only creative University for people with disabilities. At the Academy, the President discussed the implementation of the state program “Available environment” aimed at creation of barrier free access for persons with disabilities and other people with limited mobility to important facilities and services, as well as other topical for persons with disabilities issues. The visit to the University was timed to celebrate 3 December International day of disabled persons.

In his opinion, the round table was raised the most important for people with disabilities topic. “Questions surround, ranging from the improvement of medico-social examination that was less bureaucracy, less paperwork, to education of persons with disabilities and their employment, initiatives in the field of culture — all this has found full support of the President. The dialogue was very constructive, was mutual. For each of the issues that were announced, the President clearly spoken, will be prepared specific instructions,” said Zhulev.
