The Agency notes that the Russians have accepted the proposed changes, which were implemented in the regions. It also explains that innovation is allowed to reduce migration and to prevent the depopulation of small towns.
On the development of the 40 regional centers of the country in 2017, the Federal budget has allocated 26 billion roubles. The first phase of the programme implemented by the consulting Bureau of the Arrow together with the Agency for housing mortgage lending (now “House.of the Russian Federation”).
In the summer of 2018 KB Arrow developed the concept of “future cities”. The project will be “a platform approach to urban issues”, covering 10 areas in which you need to make changes, transport, environment, housing, management, manufacturing, and others.
