The EU and Uruguay will hold on 7 February the first meeting of the contact group in Venezuela
Uruguay and the European Union organised the first meeting of the International contact group on Venezuela. The meeting will be held in Montevideo on Thursday, February 7. It will be held at the Ministerial level, the report said the EU.

The contact group will include eight countries-EU members (France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the UK) and countries from Latin America (Bolivia, Costa Rica, Ecuador and Uruguay).
We will remind, the President of the National Assembly Juan Guido declared himself acting President of Venezuela. His authority is recognized by the U.S. and several other countries. Acting President Nicolas Maduro stated that the coup attempt in the country are the American government.
