Moscow. 3 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — the bus Driver, overturned in the Kaluga region, was twice brought to administrative responsibility for traffic violations in the past year.

“In 2018 for traffic violations the driver of the bus 2 times brought to administrative responsibility”, — said the “Interfax” representatives of the Russian traffic police working at the scene of the accident.

According to them, the scene was conducted the examination of the bus driver, signs of intoxication were detected.

In the traffic police explained that the driver was prosecuted under part 4 of article 12.23 of the administrative code (Organized carriage of groups of children by buses that do not match the requirements of the Rules of the organized transport groups of children), paid a fine in the amount of 3 thousand rubles.

Also under part 1 of article 12.5 (driving a vehicle in the presence of faults…) and paid the penalty in five hundred roubles.

Representatives of the traffic police also said that the authenticity of the documents on passing inspection of the bus set examination. “The documents about passing inspection bus dated December 2018. However, the legal status of these documents is in doubt as to the authenticity. In this connection, will be held in their expertise”, — said the “Interfax”, the representatives of the traffic police.

Earlier informed source reported that the bus could pass inspection in name only.

On Sunday, “Interfax” reported the press service of the regional Moi, the driver got in an accident the bus is delayed. Concerning it criminal case is brought.

On the morning of 3 February in the Kaluga region crashed the bus, which was carrying children from the town of Yartsevo of Smolensk region on creative competition in Kaluga. The victims were seven people, hospitalized 31 people. According to sources, the bus was carrying 45 people, including 31 children.
