The culprit acknowledged the inability to get through to Putin
Pranker Vladimir Kuznetsov (Vova) and Alexey Stolyarov (Lexus), known for his phone pranks, the Ukrainian edition of “Country” that couldn’t get through to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Vladimir Putin really doesn’t have a mobile phone and social media accounts, this was repeatedly told by the press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov. According to him, the Russian leader prefers other types of communication, however, he sometimes reads the news on the Internet.
Vova and Lexus played the people like the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, British singer Elton John, the President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, the late U.S. Senator John McCain and others. Victims of past pranks have become the mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko, head of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Metropolitan Epiphanius and the President of football club “Zenith” Sergey Fursenko.
