Former subordinate of ex-Minister of economic development Alexei Ulyukayev Olga Tarasenko, which was one of the prosecution witnesses in his case, he became Deputy head of Department. The corresponding decree was signed by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev.
According to RBC, the Ministry works with Tarasenko 2015. In the period of trial Ulyukaev she was head of the corporate management Department of the Ministry. In September 2017 she testified against his boss, who was accused of receiving bribes from the head of “Rosneft” Igor Sechin.
At trial, Tarasenko said that her Department was preparing a draft report, which stated a positive effect on the budget, which will have a privatization of the company “Bashneft”, “Rosneft” (for the approval of the transaction by the speaker, as the court decided, demanded the head of “Rosneft” $ 2 million).
She claimed that the speaker struck out some paragraphs of this report during the negotiation phase.
Itself the speaker, reacting to the words of the former slave, asked herself whether she invented these items, the newspaper reminds.
The official was convicted in December 2017. He was sentenced to eight years ‘ imprisonment and a fine in the amount of 130 million rubles.
Tarasenko until recently worked as the assistant to the Minister of economic development.
