Yevgeny Prigozhin arrived for a meeting on his private jet, sources told the publication.
On the website of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of Russia has reported the negotiations in Khartoum. The theme of the meeting, according to the report, the Russian foreign Ministry, became “the way of unblocking the internal conflict in the Central African Republic between the leaders of the major armed groups, including the organization, formerly the Alliance “Seleka” and “Antibalas”.

“At the meeting signed the Khartoum Declaration, which declared the creation of the Central African Union opposition in order to achieve lasting and sustainable peace in the Central African Republic. The document contains a commitment to respect human rights, ensure free and safe movement of humanitarian and other representatives of non-governmental organizations throughout the country”, — reported in Department. The document also expressed appreciation to Russia, “thanks to the mediation of which it became possible to conduct the Khartoum meetings.”
The Ministry also added that on August 29 from Khartoum to the capital of the CAR Bangui has arrived the special representative of the Ministry, the Ambassador-at-large Konstantin Shuvalov. “He [the Minister] was received by President SAM F.-A. Toader, who expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Russian Federation for the work”, — said the Russian foreign Ministry.
