Trump has done a decent job as President on “five with plus”

Trump is not the first time puts high evaluation of its activities. So, in April of 2017 he put his administration a rating of “excellent” for the first 100 days in power. Last year, the Republican also gave himself “10 out of 10” for liquidation of consequences of hurricanes in Puerto Rico.
