In addition, they note that some foreign countries give preference to travelers with biometric documents with reliable protection against counterfeiting.
The passport of any sample can be made on the portal of public services. The term of preparation of documents is from one to three months, depending on place of receipt.
The state duty for the passport of the new generation on the website provided in the amount of 3.5 thousand roubles (in person submission of application — 5 thousand). For the document of the old sample will need to transfer 700 rubles (turning directly to 1 thousand rubles).
