VORONEZH, 18 Sep — RIA Novosti. The investigative Committee began preliminary examination on the fact of rendering services not meeting safety requirements, after a collision of two buses in the Novousmansky district of the Voronezh region, informs the regional Department of the Russian IC.

It was reported earlier that two buses collided on a 525-kilometer highway “don” near the turn to Novaya Usman. As the representative of management of the Affairs of the region, one of the buses stood on the sidelines, the second drove it.
According to the MOE, the accident killed five people, police and medics informed about four dead and 20 injured.
