VTSIOM asked Russians their attitude towards prohibition
The respondents did not approve the price increase on alcoholic beverages.

More than half of Russians (58%) supported a ban on the sale of alcohol to persons under 21 years of age. With the introduction of the dry law was supported by 12% of respondents, according to all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion.
Slightly more than half of respondents (54%) approve of the promotion of a healthy lifestyle, almost as many (49%) ban alcohol advertising. One third of Russians consider it necessary to introduce criminal responsibility for drinking alcohol in public places.
