Russia presented to the UN and the organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons (OPCW) specific facts about the preparation of provocation with chemical weapons in the Syrian province of Idlib. This was stated Friday by the Minister of foreign Affairs of Russia Sergey Lavrov.
