In Berlin on suspicion in preparation of explosion of the detained Russian citizen
Law enforcement officers of Germany have detained 31-the summer citizen of Russia Magomed-Ali S. (his name is not disclosed). This is stated in the message of the Prosecutor General at the Supreme court.

Russians suspected of preparation of act of violence threatening state, and the training of crimes with application of explosives. On 23 August the court will consider the issue of the arrest of Magomed-Ali S. Now the apartment of the detained men is searched.
The report States that a Russian citizen and a man named Clement B. (name not revealed) in October 2016, had planned to arrange explosion in Germany. Where was planned the explosion was not reported. In his apartment men kept explosive — acetone peroxide (Triacetontriperoxid, TATP), said in a press release.
The plans of the defendants prevented the actions of the German police. The report notes that Clement B. was arrested in Marseille along with another accomplice on suspicion of preparing an explosion in April 2017.
