MOSCOW, August 17. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed with the permanent members of Russian security Council issues upcoming Saturday talks with German Chancellor Angela Merkel, as well as domestic issues. This was reported by press Secretary of the head of state, Dmitry Peskov.
