The pension Fund of Russia (PFR) has done a recalculation of pensions for pensioners who worked in 2017. “The maximum increase as a result of the recalculation is limited to three pension points, calculated at a cost of 2017 and is 235,74 RUB.

Recalculation is carried out each year because working pensioners continue to receive a salary, and her employer continues contributions to the pension Fund. Unlike indexing, the recalculation increase individual and depends on the employee’s salary.
Recall, according to Rosstat, after retirement mainly age in Russia continue to operate around one third of pensioners. In ten years this figure increased by one percentage point. In June 2018 pension payments amounted to 29.1% of the average wage, down from 31.2% a year earlier.
