MOSCOW, July 31. /TASS/. The creation of the defense Ministry’s Main military and political control will allow you to recover in the Armed forces of the Russian Federation the Institute of zampolit “in new quality” and to introduce new methods of educational work that is necessary in the context of the growth in the number of contractors. This opinion was expressed on Tuesday by TASS Chairman of the Duma Committee on defense, former commander of the airborne troops Colonel-General Vladimir Shamanov.
