Correction of deficiencies in the system of state accreditation of universities is planned in the bill. The first group includes quality indicators: score of the exam and the number of winners of prestigious competitions, enrolled in the first year. In addition, we plan to evaluate the quality of scientific work (number of publications and their citation index), quality training, ratio of salary of teachers to average on region; provide an independent assessment of students ‘ knowledge, take into account the average earnings of graduates.
