Co-owner of LLC “Kyiv consulting group” Vyacheslav Pivovarnik, which appears in the case of organizing the attempted assassination of the journalist Arkady Babchenko reported a suspicion under article “organization and preparation of a terrorist act”, said the Deputy head of the main investigation Department of the security Service of Ukraine Bohdan Tivodar.

“The pretrial investigation established that together with the citizen of Ukraine Borys Herman to the organization of terrorist acts involved citizen of Ukraine Pivovarnik Vyacheslav Aleksandrovich”, — said Tivodar at a briefing on Friday in Kiev.
According to the representative of the SBU, these two persons had conspired with representatives of the Russian special services to organize terrorist acts on the territory of Ukraine.
“June 8, by a citizen of Ukraine Pivovarnik it is reported about suspicion in Commission of crime, provided by part 1 of article 14, part 3 of article 27, part 3 of article 258 of the Criminal code of Ukraine, that is organizing and preparing to attack. At present investigative and search activities aimed at establishing the specific location of the suspect on the territory of the Russian Federation”, — said the representative of the SBU.
Earlier it was reported that the suspect in the organization of attempt of murder of the journalist Arkady Babchenko Boris Herman called Vyacheslav Pivovarnik allegedly responsible in certain “private Fund Putin” for the unrest in Ukraine.
