This was stated by Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev at a Cabinet meeting, which considered the bill.

Men born in 1961 and women born in 1966 in 2024 at the age of 63 years and 58 years; men born in 1962 and women born in 1967 in 2026 64 years and 59 years; men born in 1963 and women in 1968 can retire in 2028 at age 65 respectively 60 years.
