The Executive Committee of the Bureau of the “Yabloko” believes that the Mitrokhin caused damage to party
MOSCOW, June 8. /TASS/ — Previously, the Executive Committee did not agree on a candidate in the mayoral election.
The Executive Committee of the Bureau of the “Yabloko” not only refused to agree the nomination of the candidate in mayors of Moscow, Chairman of the Moscow regional branch of the party Sergey Mitrokhin, but also accused him of causing political damage to the party. TASS said Friday in a press-service of the party.
“The Executive Committee refused to register his candidacy, because he repeatedly gave the primaries for the nomination of the candidate in mayors of Moscow of negative evaluation, and expressed to the leadership of the party unfounded accusations,” — said the Agency interlocutor.
“Such public actions of the Chairman of the regional branch of the city of Moscow aimed at discrediting political party and civil activities, and also actions of elected officials of the party, contrary to the interests of the party and cause her political damage,” the press service quoted the decision of the Executive Committee.
The Executive Committee of the Bureau of Yabloko proposed to nominate for mayor of Moscow Elena Rusakova. Now this decision must be confirmed by a conference of the Moscow branch of the party

Previously, the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Yabloko recommended to the conference of the Moscow regional branch to nominate a candidate for mayor of Moscow the head of the municipal district “Gagarin” Elena Rusakova.
In accordance with the party Charter, the conference may nominate a candidate only agreed with the party leadership candidate.
4 Jun ended primaries of the party “Yabloko” by definition of the candidate in mayors of Moscow. The winner was the head of the municipal district “Tver” Jacob Jakubowicz, who immediately was at the briefing said the rejection of the nomination for mayor of Moscow in favour of Mitrokhin. After this statement, the party leadership took the decision on nomination of the candidate in mayors of Moscow without regard to the outcome of the primaries, which was held for the first time, and in the ordinary course of procedure. It provides for the nomination as recommended by the Bureau or Executive Committee of the Bureau of the party of the candidate by the conference of the regional Department.
