MOSCOW, 4 Jul — RIA Novosti. The Internet in Russia is free, no it is not closed, said Russian President Vladimir Putin.
“Voters can look at any person, because the Internet is free. No it is not closed. The media free. People can always go out and Express themselves, and make different figures of different political movements and trends,” said Putin in an interview with the Austrian broadcasting company ORF.
