The young man said that his father, a former police officer retired, and has not received subsidies for housing and still standing in line.

In June 2017, Prilep, then a 10th grade student, asked during the direct line with President Vladimir Putin the question of why the fight against corruption in the country is not conducted effectively, and said that “the consequences of negligence” hurt and his family. After that, the President promised to investigate the situation.
Later, the company Caviar presented student iPhone 7 with a Golden portrait of the President as the author of the most interesting question. Prilep said he would be proud of the gift.
