MOSCOW, 1 Jul — RIA Novosti. Vladimir Putin twice interrupted his speech, timed to the Day of protection of children because of crying baby. Live broadcast led TV RT.
The Russian President acted in Alexander hall before the rewarding large families the order of “Parental glory”. Putin had to stay in the room when the child was crying.
“K mom, now calm down,” he said.
After a while, the President continued his speech, but he again had to pause, because the child again began to cry.
“Scared sweet. Nothing, now be quiet,” he said.
Order “Parental glory” was given to moms and dads, who are raising seven or more children.
