Ukrainian authorities warned journalists Yevgeny Kiselyov, Host and about the attempts

Moscow. June 1. INTERFAX.RU — journalist and TV channel “Direct” Matvey Ganapolsky and Yevgeny Kiselyov announced that representatives of the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies informing them about the list of people who live and work in Ukraine and which are threatened from Russia.

“It was a meeting on, say, a case Babchenko (special operation of the security service of staging the murder of the Russian journalist Arkady Babchenko — if), and, secondly, issues of safety of journalists working in Ukraine now”, — said the host of the TV channel “Direct” after the meeting on Friday evening.

He noted that the meeting was attended by representatives of various law enforcement agencies. According to him, they spent “a tremendous job to Babchenko died”.

As reported by the host, those present at the meeting “signed a special confidentiality clause so we will only say what you can say.” In particular, according to him, they were informed that those who organized the assassination of Babachenko, will try “to make revenge, so all you have to be careful”.

Russian journalist Kiselyov, in turn, added: “It was not a closed briefing for the elite — it really was, including about our personal safety.”

According to him, in the list, which previously said at the briefing the head of the SBU Vasily Gritsak, there are about 30 names of people and journalists, not journalists who live and work in Ukraine and that “Russian is so objectionable to the regime that they want their death.”
