Prince William and Kate Middleton revealed the name of their third child. The Prince was given the name Louis Arthur Charles and title His Royal Highness Prince Louis of Cambridge. The news was announced on Twitter account of Kensington Palace.

The first name of Louis (Louis) the newborn was named in honor of Louis Mountbatten the commander, uncle of Prince Philip. The name Louis is also the fourth name of his father, the Duke of Cambridge, and is in the full name of Prince George — it sounds like George Alexander Louis.
By the way, the bookmakers favourite was the name Arthur, which was taken the rate of 6 to 4. Then followed James, albert, Phillip, Thomas and Alexander.
Recall that Middleton gave birth to their third with Prince William child April 23 at 11: 01 local time (13.01). The newborn weight was 3.8 kilograms. The Duke of Cambridge accompanied her husband in the hospital and attend the birth.
That Kate is expecting a child, became known in the fall of 2017. The entire pregnancy, the Duchess led an active life and attended a variety of events. Kate and Prince William have two children, 4-year-old George and 2-year-old Charlotte.
