MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. The Russian Embassy in London requires British Ministry of foreign Affairs to confirm or deny the note, the transfer to private persons of information relating to the investigation of the case Skrobala.

This is stated in the published on Friday in response to the press-Secretary of the diplomatic mission in question about the statements of Vladimir Hydrocarbon, expressed confidence that Sergey and Yulia Skrobala poisoned substance a-234.

“As we learned yesterday from publications bi-Bi-si, the former Soviet scientist Uglev, who proclaimed himself the Creator of the so-called “Newbie”, stated its confidence that Skrobala poisoned substance a-234. He came to this conclusion “on the basis sent to him recently spectral data”, — stated in the message.

The Embassy statement Hydrocarbon was considered unusual as “it means that person was given access to the information, which the Russian side can not be achieved by the British for several weeks.”

The diplomatic mission also noted that earlier public comments made on the basis of certain “intelligence”, to which he had access, were the former commander of regiment of chemical defense of the British armed forces Hamish de Bretton-Gordon.

“Of course, these statements cannot be verified. At the same time, it looks as if the British side is divided into highly confidential information with individuals — said at the Embassy. — This is another violation of the rules of the OPCW (Organization for the prohibition of chemical weapons — approx. TASS). We demanded that the foreign office note to confirm or deny the fact of transfer to private parties with information on the investigation “of the case Skrypalia”, and also provide us access to documents that are referenced by the above mentioned persons”.
