MOSCOW, March 1. /TASS/. The Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu has sent a special envoy of the UN Secretary General on Syria Staffan de Mistura explanation, in which he proposed to open humanitarian corridors of Et-Tapa and Ruksana and to create an international Commission to assess the humanitarian situation in raqqa.
