MOSCOW, March 1. /TASS/. Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that his message is of interim nature. “Dear members of the Federation Council and deputies of the State Duma, today’s message has a special, mid-term, as a time in which we live, when the importance of our choices, the importance of each step, of act is exceptionally high,” – said the head of state, announcing his message to the Federal Assembly.
According to him, such steps to determine the country’s fate for decades to come and it is in these pivotal moments, Russia has repeatedly proven its ability to develop.
