The dire humanitarian situation in Syria has developed in areas which are under the control of the coalition led by the USA, At Tape and raqqa, its solution requires urgent action from the international organizations. This was stated on Wednesday by the official representative of the Ministry of defense of Russia Igor Konashenkov.
