“It is established that the Minister of coal and energy Donetsk national Republic Golenko E. I. for the purpose of illegal personal gain has created an organized criminal group whose members, under the guise of delivery commodity-material values and services have made the theft of funds of state enterprises controlled by the Ministry of coal and energy DND”, — stated in the statement of the interior Ministry of the breakaway Republic.
