“We have an odd situation where some cultural enough that vilify Russian, but do it at the expense of taxpayers,” said Sukharev.
The initiative of the Deputy is to create recommendations for Directors that have received budget funds for shooting films.
“Of course, deny nothing, but to pay attention to this situation should be”, — said the MP.
