MOSCOW, February 26. /TASS/. The defense Ministry proposes to organize in the area of Et-Tapa and Ruksana humanitarian corridors for unhindered exit of civilians. This was announced on Monday, the Russian defense Minister, army General Sergey Shoigu, speaking at the Collegium of the defense Ministry.
