MOSCOW, 20 Feb — RIA Novosti. Russian centre for the reconciliation of the warring parties in Syria (TSPVS) underwent a massive fire.
Illegal armed groups from the Eastern Guta also attacked residential areas and hotels of Damascus.
“There is significant destruction and casualties among the civilian population. Victims among the Russian soldiers there,” — stated in the message TSPVS.
In addition, it is noted that Russian-Iranian-Turkish joint Coordination centre during the day have recorded individual cases of violations of the cessation of hostilities in the provinces of Aleppo, Latakia, Idlib and HOMS.
In Syria, there are four zones of de-escalation: on the border of the provinces of Idlib and Hama, in the province of HOMS, in the Damascus suburb of East ghouta, as well as in the province of Deraa.
