Died writer Andrew Cruz
Russian science fiction writer Andrey Khamidulin, known under the pseudonym Andrew Cruz, died on 53-m to year of life. In December the writer was diagnosed with liver cancer stage IV. Of death was reported by his wife Maria.
“With a heavy heart and deep sadness I regret to inform that Andrew left this world. We all hoped for a miracle and I believe that we will win the disease. But, unfortunately, the battle was unequal from the very beginning,” wrote the wife Hamidulina.
Andrew Cruz called the founder of the genre of domestic zombie Apocalypse. He is the author of a cycle of novels “the land of the dead”, which he wrote together with his wife Lourdes Maria Cruz, of the series “Era of the dead”, “I’m going home,” “Darkness,” and others.
