MOSCOW, February 21. /TASS/. The state Duma immediately after the announcement of the President’s address to the Federal Assembly will hold a meeting of the Duma Council to make decisions related to the implementation of this document. This was announced on Wednesday during the plenary session of the lower house of Parliament by its Chairman Vyacheslav Volodin.
