As previously reported, flight to Yakutsk was delayed by half an hour in connection with the conduct of Borisov and his assistant Eugene shigapova. Some Instagram users expressed support for Borisov and others condemned his behavior, suspected high-ranking civil servant in that he is simply a scandal due to the fact that he was not allowed to Board without a boarding pass.
