MOSCOW, February 16. /TASS/. The Russians last year is most often spent on such a major purchase as smartphones, cars, televisions, and home theaters. This is evidenced by the results of a survey of the all-Russia centre of studying of public opinion (VTSIOM) published on Friday on the website of the organization.
“The most popular purchase is the mobile phone, and the number of customers grows from year to year: if in 2013 it was bought by 14%, in 2017 — already 26% of Russians. On the second place in the ranking of shopping-2017 came the car — it became the owner of one in ten (11% — 6% in 2015), another 10% bought a TV/home cinema system, made repairs in the apartment,” — said in the message.
This year the majority of respondents plan to spend on repairs (almost one in five — 17%), travel (15%), car (10%), education (10%), the purchase of an apartment or home (9%). Thus, according to the poll, Russians are increasingly willing to spend on travel and study: if in 2016 the cost of the planned 10% and 3% of respondents in 2018, 15% and 10% respectively.
