MINSK, 14 February. /TASS./ Without a political solution to the conflict in the Donbass will be permanently “frozen”. On Wednesday following the meeting of the contact group on settling the situation in Eastern Ukraine, said the Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation Boris Gryzlov.
