MOSCOW, February 14. /TASS./ Russia does not stop the dialogue with the parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE), but the contribution of the Council of Europe will not pay because they do not have to participate in the decision-making process in PACE. It was declared to journalists on Wednesday, the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
