The Federation Council approved a package of laws on Amnesty
Moscow. 14 Feb. INTERFAX.RU — the Federation Council approved a package of laws on holding in Russia from 1 March 2018 to 28 February 2019 tax Amnesty.
Main document
The main document of this package provides for the continuation in full guarantees for declarants who exploited the opportunity of declaring in the first phase (1 July 2015 to 30 June 2016). For declarants also proposed to bring under the Amnesty accounts in foreign banks that are closed on the date of the Declaration, provided that such private accounts were opened before January 1, 2018. The citizens presented the Declaration in the first phase of the Amnesty of capital, can re-submit the Declaration in the second phase. The special Declaration may be submitted to any tax authority or Central office FNS of Russia on the choice of the declarant.

In addition, according to the package of laws, amendments to the Tax code (NK) the Russian Federation regarding the taxation of profit of controlled foreign companies (CFC) and foreign organizations ‘ revenues.
