MOSCOW, 1 Feb. /TASS./ The defense Ministry recommends that the US in the future or to exclude flights near Russian borders, or to negotiate the rules of their implementation. This was announced on Thursday at the defense Ministry, commenting on the statements of the Pentagon about unsafe interception on 29 January the Russian su-27 of the American “spy” EP-3 over the neutral waters of the Black sea near the Crimea.
