Latvian survived the shooting at close range, the axe and hit the tractor
The court of Daugavpils of Latvia has started consideration of criminal case against the men accused of the attempted murder of his friend aggravated. About it reports Delfi.
According to the materials of the case, the defendant together with his friends, being in an alcohol intoxication, came to the yard of another house I wanted to steal scrap metal for resale. Suddenly he got an air gun and repeatedly shot in the head by his friend. He tried to run away but armed with a gun man, caught him, threw him on the ground and fired several more shots.
Then the defendant got into the tractor and twice moved the man, then took the rope, tied, as it seemed, lifeless body, pinned to the tractor and dragged in the nearest swamp to drown. However, the tractor stuck in the mud, so the defendant took an axe and hit them on the head of a man, and then left.
Doctors managed to save the victim. The trial on 5 February, when the meeting will be called witnesses.
