Moscow. January 11. INTERFAX.RU — Minister of education and science of the Russian Federation Olga Vasilyeva gave an assignment to check for plagiarism dissertation of all his deputies and heads of departments of the Ministry, said on Thursday “Interfax” a source in the Ministry.

Earlier the inhabitant of Yakutia Victor Pinigin, who calls himself an activist “Discerneth”, sent to the Ministry of education and academics from the “Club July 1” a letter in which he accused Trubnikov’s plagiarism in his doctoral thesis due to the similar places with two of his PhD dissertation, defended a month earlier.
