The government is forbidden to plant fires and to burn the grass around the roads
MOSCOW, 8 Jan — RIA Novosti. The government has amended the rules of fire safety for owners of land plots located within settlements, the corresponding decree was published on the website of the Cabinet on Monday.
“Submitted to the fire prevention Rules changes mandatory requirements for owners of land located within the boundaries of settlements, horticultural, gardening and dacha non-commercial associations of citizens, for the holding of regular cleaning of trash and mowing grass on the land. There is also a ban on the burning of dried grass, campfires, the burning of firewood within the boundaries of the rights-of-way and roadside strips of highways, security zones, Railways, highways and pipelines”, — the document says.
It is noted that the amendments also prohibited to grow cereals within the easement and buffer zones of roads and Railways.
The owners of agricultural land are obliged to take measures to protect the land from overgrowing with weeds, and timely conduct of the mowing.
As follows from the document, the measures of fire safety at operation in the field of the stationary mounted cleaning equipment. It also defines the procedure of maintenance of rights-of-way and protective zones of Railways, including cleaning from fallen trees, bushes and other combustible waste.
It is reported that the decisions taken will improve the security of land settlements, agricultural lands, rights of way and roadside strips of highways, rights of way and protective zones of Railways, highways and pipelines from fires.
