Moscow. January 6. INTERFAX.RU Prime Minister of Russia Dmitry Medvedev signed the document under which simplified the procedure of submission of documents necessary for adoption, guardianship and guardianship over children-orphans, the website of the Russian government.
According to the amendments, now the citizens, wishing to apply for guardianship, it is not necessary to independently bring in the bodies of guardianship and guardianship, a statement from the house (door-to-door) books from the place of residence or other document confirming the right of use of premises or ownership of the premises, a copy of the financial account of residence; certificate of the internal Affairs authorities confirming absence at the citizen, who wishes to become a guardian, a criminal record or the fact of criminal prosecution; a copy of the pension certificate, a certificate from the territorial body of the Pension Fund or other body, performing pensions.
Now these documents will be requested by the guardianship from the relevant authorities in the order of interdepartmental information interaction.
