Cargo spacecraft “Progress MS-06” sank in the Pacific ocean

MOSCOW, December 28. /TASS/. Fragments of the cargo spacecraft “Progress MS-06”, not burned in the dense layers of the atmosphere, splashed down in the non-navigational area of the Pacific ocean, announced Thursday in Moscow mission control Center (MCC).
“Ballistic data, after passing through the dense layers of the atmosphere, unburned fragments of the cargo ship splashed down in the non-navigational area of the Pacific ocean,” he said at MCC.
“Progress MS-06” undocked from the International space station on Thursday, at 04:03 GMT.
Russian cargo spaceship was launched from Baikonur on June 14 rocket “Soyuz-2.1”. On 16 June it docked to the ISS. The vehicle delivered astronauts about 2.4 tons cargo: 620 kg of fuel for refueling stations, 47 kg of air in the cylinders, 420 liters of water, 351 kg containers with food rations, as well as scientific equipment, including nanosatellites “Tanya-UGSU”, “Sfera-53” and the TNS-0 No. 2, launched into orbit in August.
