Unknown with a knife attacked passers-by in Maastricht
In the Dutch Maastricht is unknown, armed with a knife attacked passers-by. According to preliminary data, in the attack one person was killed and several were injured, according to Dutch publication De Telegraaf, citing local police.
According to the AD, the victims of the attack were two people. The exact number of victims is still unknown.
The portal 1Limburg in his Twitter published a photo from the scene. The place where the attack occurred was cordoned off by police. Witnesses reported three ambulances at the scene.
As noted by De Telegraaf, the attack took place near the mosque, which is now also brought to the police. The motives of the assailant are still unknown.
