In India looking for a Minister of happiness state of Madhya Pradesh, a suspect in the murder. Reported by the New York Post. The court issued the warrant to arrest policy.

According to the publication, Lal Singh Arya suspected in the killing of opposition politicians in 2009. The details of this case are not specified.
Madhya Pradesh is the first state in which a Ministry of happiness. With a population of about 70 million people. Arya became Minister in 2016.
