Telman Ismailov was charged in absentia for the murder
The investigation considers the former owner of the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow the organizer of two murders in 2016.
MOSCOW, 5 Dec. /TASS/. Telman Ismailov was charged in absentia with murder, reported the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
The investigation considers the former owner of the Cherkizovsky market in Moscow, the organizer of the murders of two businessmen in 2016.
About TASS said the official representative of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Svetlana Petrenko.
“The head Department on investigation of especially important cases of the decision about attraction as accused of committing crimes under part 2 of article 105, part 3 of article 222 of the criminal code (“Murder”, “Illicit arms trafficking”) against Telman Ismailov. According to investigators, Telman Ismailov, is the organizer of murder of two businessmen, Vladimir Savkin and Yuri bryleva, committed in the past year”, — said Petrenko.
According to investigators, the defendant devised a plan to murder together with his brothers, Rafiq and Vagif Ismailovym, the role of the performer was made by Mehman Kerimov. On may 15, 2016 on Novorizhskoe highway Kerimov fired from inside the vehicle in two entrepreneurs from the wounds they died. Rafik Ismailov, in agreement with Kerimov brothers took from the murder scene, after which the accomplices helped him escape and hide the crime tool.
Rafik Ismailov and Mehman Karimov, was arrested in relation to Telman Ismailov and Vagif in absentia preventive measure in the form of detention.
The Ministry also said that it has sent to the Prosecutor General materials to include Telman Ismailov on the wanted list on Interpol channels.
“The relevant materials for the establishment of an international manhunt accused of Telman Ismailov by Interpol sent to the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation”, — said Petrenko.
